一品奶油豆腐Creamed Tofu

【材料】
长圆豆腐2条、西兰花100克、樱桃茄50克

【酱汁材料】
奶水50克、牛油10克、多用途咖哩粉20克、盐1/4茶匙、番茄酱2茶匙、红辣椒1/2只切碎、素味精1/4茶匙、清水2汤匙

【做法】
1.将长圆豆腐切成象棋形排放在碟上,放入蒸笼蒸3分钟备用。(图1-2)
2.把西兰花切成小朵,入沸水中烫熟,排放豆腐中央。(图3)
3.烧热镬加1茶匙油,将酱料和樱桃茄一起倒入镬中拌匀,用小火煮沸,淋在豆腐上即可。(图4-8)

【Ingredients】
2 bars round tofu, 100g broccoli, 50g cherry tomato

【Gravy Ingredients】
50g milk, 10g butter, 20g multi-purpose curry powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp tomato sauce, 1/2 red chili (chopped), 1/4 tsp MSG, 2 tbsp water

【Method】
1.Slice tofu like chess shape, steam for 3 minutes and then arrange in plate. (pic 1-2)
2.Cut broccoli into florets and then blanch in boiling water before arrange around tofu. (pic 3)
3.Heat 1 tsp oil in wok, heat gravy ingredients and cherry tomatoes with low heat until boiled; and then pour over tofu to serve. (pic 4-8)
