七彩水晶素鸡 Crystal Mock Chicken

材料 :
素鸡100克、冬菇2朵(浸软)、蘑菇3朵、白玉菇50克、青豆50克、红萝卜50克、粟米粒50克、香菇海带汤½块
调味料 :
盐1茶匙、糖½茶匙、燕菜粉10克、清水1公升
做法 :
1. 把三种菇加少许盐拌匀,蒸15分钟。
2. 将全部材料及调味料拌匀煮滚。(图1-10)
3. 将混合料倒入方形模型内,待凉收入冰箱。(图11)
3. 食用时取出水晶素鸡,淋上芝麻酱享用。

INGREDIENTS :
100g mock chicken, 2 mushroom (soak), 3 mutton mushroom, 50g shimeji mushroom, 50g carrot, 50g corn kernel, ½ block mushroom seaweed soup
SEASONING :
1 tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar, 10g agar agar powder, 1 litre water
METHOD :
1 Mix all the mushroom with salt, steam for 15 minutes.
2 Mix all ingredients with seasoning, bring to boil. (pic 1-10)
3 Pour the mixture into mould, keep into fridge till set. (pic 11)
4 Serve the crystal chicken with sesame sauce.
