三元枣子蒸鸡Steamed Chicken with Dates

【材料】
全鸡腿2只、龙眼干1汤匙、红枣8粒(去核)、枸杞1大汤匙

【调味料】
蚝油1汤匙、生抽2汤匙、冰糖碎1茶匙、麻油1茶匙、粟粉2茶匙、绍兴酒1汤匙(最后下)

【做法】
1.鸡腿洗净剁块,加入调味料捞匀。(图1-3)
2.加入龙眼干、红枣及枸杞拌匀,以大火蒸15分钟至熟。(图4-5)
3.取出淋入绍兴酒即可。

【Ingredients】
2 Chicken whole legs, 1tbsp dried Longan, 8 pcs red dates(pitted), 1 tbsp GouQi

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp crushed rock sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp corn flour, 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (add last)

【Method】
1.Wash and chop chicken whole legs into pieces and marinate with seasoning ingredients. (pic 1-3)
2.Add in Longan, red dates and GouQi, steam in high heat for 15 minutes. (pic 4-5)
3.Remove from steamer and drizzle in Chinese cooking wine, serve.
