【材料】
A: 400克肉碎、1茶匙糖、1 粒蛋白、胡椒粉适量、2茶匙粟粉
B: 50克干吊片丝（洗净后切碎）、50克梅香咸鱼肉、50克浸软冬菇（切碎）
【做法】
1.将(A)和(B)料放入一个碟内拌匀.（图1-3）
2.放蒸碟入蒸锅内蒸15分钟即可。（图4）
3.取出趁热食用。
【Ingredients】
A:400gm minced meat, 1 tsp sugar, 1 egg white, pepper to taste, 2 tsp corn-flour
B:50gm dried cuttlefish (clean & chopped), 50gm mui heong salted fish meat, 50gm soaked mushroom(chopped)
【Method】
1.Mix(A)and(B)ingredients in a steaming plate. (pic 1-3)
2.Put steaming plate into steamer and steam for 15 minutes.(pic 4)
3.Remove and serve hot.
