五香甘草鸡 Five Spices Chicken

【材料】
鸡腿2支、甘草3片、青葱2根(打结)、蒜茸1茶匙
【腌鸡料】
五香粉1茶匙、胡椒粉 1⁄2 茶匙、黑酱油1汤匙、盐、糖各少许
【调味料】
盐 1⁄2 茶匙、酱青1⁄2 茶匙、黑酱油1汤匙、糖1⁄2 茶匙、蚝油1汤匙
【材料】
1.将鸡腿肉加入腌料腌2小时。(图1-2)
2.镬内热少许油爆香蒜茸后,倒入腌鸡腿以中火翻炒。(图3)
3.加入适量热水,再放入甘草、青葱及调味料以小火一同卤到汁浓稠。(图4)

【Ingredients】
2 chicken whole leg, 3 Licorice(Gan Cao), 2 spring onion
(knotted) , 1 tbsp garlic(chopped)
【Condiments】
1 tsp Chinese five spices powder, 1⁄2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp dark
soy sauce, some sugar and salt to taste
【Seasonings】
1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1⁄2 tsp
sugar, 1tbsp oyster sauce
【Method】
1. Marinate chicken leg with condiments ingredients for 2
hours. (pic 1-2)
2. Heat some oil in wok and saute chopped garlic till fragrant.
Add in chicken whole leg, fry well with medium heat.(pic 3)
3. Pour in some water, add in Gan Cao, spring onion andseasoning,
cook until sauce thicken, done.(pic 4)
