乌达马铃薯煎饼 Otak Potato Pattie

材料 :
马铃薯1粒(去皮切丝)、乌达馅料60克、鸡旦3粒(打散)、青葱粒1汤匙
调味料 :
盐少许、薯粉2茶匙、鸡精粉½茶匙、胡椒粉少许
做法 :
❶ 以少许油炒香马铃薯丝,盛入碗中。(图1)
❷ 把某余材料及调味料加入混合均匀。(图2-5)
❸ 平底锅注入少许油加热,倒入1汤匙的混合物,以文火煎至两面金黄色即可。(图6-7)

INGREDIENTS :
1 potato (peel & juliennes), 60g otak-otak paste,3 eggs (beaten), 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
SEASONING :
Dash of salt, 2 tsp tapioca flour, ½ tsp chicken powder, dash of pepper
METHOD :
❶ Sauté potato with some oil until fragrant; shift to bowl. (pic 1)
❷ Mixes in the rest of ingredients with seasoning. (pic 2-5)
❸ Heat some oil in pan, scoop in 1 tbsp of potato mixture, sear in low heat until both sides turns golden brown. (pic 6-7)
