【材料】
五谷米2杯、水2公升
【调味料】
盐适量
【做法】
1.把五谷米洗净,加水浸泡1/2小时。(图1)
2.将已浸泡过的五谷米连同水份以大火煮滚后转小火煮至软熟,调入少许盐享用。(图2-3)
【Ingredients】
2 cups of five grains rice, 2 liter water
【Seasoning】
Dash of salt
【Method】
1.Wash five grains rice and then soak in water for 1/2 hour.(pic 1)
2.Boil grains with water in high heat, once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer until soften, season with salt.(pic 2-3)
