亚参娘惹虾 Nyonya assam prawn

【材料】
老虎虾400 克、亚参膏200 克(加水稀释)、糖100 克、少许盐调味、咖哩叶2 束
【做法】
1. 锅内热少许油,注入亚参水。(图1)
2. 加入老虎虾,轻轻搅拌, 加入糖及盐煮至滾。(图2-4)
3. 加入咖喱叶,煮至虾熟透、汁稠即可。(图5-6)
4. 趁热享用。

【Ingredients】
400g fresh tiger prawn, 200g tamarind paste (add water to dilute) , 100g sugar, salt to taste, 2 stalks curry leaf
【Method】
1. Heat up a pan with oil then add in tamarind juice. (pic 1)
2. Add in prawn, sugar and salt, bring to boil. (pic 2-4)
3. Add curry leaves, simmer until the prawn cooked and the sauce almost caramelised, done. (pic 5-6)
4. Serve immediately.
