京葱沙茶酱大明虾Chinese Satay Garlic Prawn

【材料】
A:大明虾2只、大蒜100克(切片)
B:香茅茸10克、洋葱茸10克

【调味料】
生抽1茶匙、蚝油1⁄2汤匙、糖1⁄2茶匙、绍兴酒适量(最后下)、沙茶酱11⁄2汤匙

【做法】
1.将明虾开背洗净,放入热油中炸熟备用。(图2-4)
2.锅内烧热少许油,爆香材料B后,加入大蒜片炒熟。(图5)
3.加入调味料炒香,把炸熟的明虾放入,焖炒大约1分钟即可上桌。(图6)

【Ingredients】
A:2 big prawns, 100g leek (sliced)
B:10g chopped serai, 10g chopped shallots

【Seasoning】
1 tsp soy sauce, 1⁄2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, some Chinese cooking wine ( add last), 1 1⁄2 tbsp Taiwan satay sauce (sha cha)

【Method】
1.Open cut the backbone of prawn, wash and drain.Deep fry in hot oil until cooked.(pic 2-4)
2.Saute ingredients B until fragrant, toss in leek, fry well.(pic 5)
3.Add in seasoning and fry till fragrant, stir in prawns and stir-fry for a minutes, dish out.(pic 6)
