养生斋饭HEALTHY COMBI RICE

【材料 (A) 】
斋鸡肉½罐、斋鲍鱼½罐、焖斋鸭½罐、罐头草菇6粒、包菜花、西兰花、红萝卜各50克、白饭2碗

【材料 (B) 】
当归3片、川芎2片、杞子1汤匙、鲜淮山50克、黄芽白100克、水500毫升

【调味料】
生抽王1汤匙、菇精粉1茶匙、麻油½茶匙、胡椒粉适量、薯粉水勾芡适量

【做法】
1.放材料B入锅内煮滚,转小火煮30分钟。(图1-2)
2.加入全部斋料、草菇和调味料再煮10分钟。(图3-5)
3.将包菜花、西兰花和红萝卜放入煮熟,然后拌入薯粉水勾芡。(图6-8)
4.淋在白饭上,趁热享用。

【INGREDIENTS (A)】
½ canned Mock Chicken Meat, ½ canned Mock Abalone, ½ canned Mock Duck Meat, 6 pcs Straw Mushrooms, 50g each of Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrot, 2 bowls cooked rice

【INGREDIENTS (B)】
3 slices angelica root, 2 slices chuan xiong, 1 tbsp wolfberries, 50g fresh Huai Shan, 100g Chinese cabbage, 500ml water, Tapioca flour for thickening

【SEASONING】
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp mushroom powder, ½ tsp sesame oil pepper to taste

【METHOD】
1.Put ingredients B in pot and bring to the boil, reduce to low heat to cook for 30 minutes. (pic 1-2)
2.Add in all the Mock ingredients, mushrooms and seasoning to cook for 10 minutes.(pic 3-5)
3.Add cauliflower, broccoli and carrot to cook, stir in tapioca flour solution. (pic 6-8)
4.Pour on white rice and serve hot.
