养生鸳鸯山药银耳汤 Twin Shan Yao Soup

【材料】
本地紫色山药200克、白色山药150克、红枣5粒、水2公升、银耳(雪耳)15克、香菇3朵(浸泡)、白马豆50
克(浸泡)、老姜2片
【调味料】
盐1小匙、香菇味料1⁄2小匙
【做法】
1.把山药刨皮冲洗切小块;银耳撕小朵;香菇切小块。
2.将全部材料放入煲,加入水一起煮至滚后,转小火煮1小时,加入调味,银汤要趁热吃。(图1-4)

 

【Ingredients】
200g local purple Shan Yao, 150g white Shan Yao (Chinese yam), 5 red dates, 2 liter water, 15g white fungus, 3
pcs Chinese mushroom (soaked), 50g white chickpeas
(soaked), 2 slices ginger
【Seasoning】
1 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp mushroom stock granule
【Method】
1.Peel Shan Yao and cut into small pieces; tear white fungus into florets, cut mushroom into small pieces.
2.Place all ingredients into pot, pour in water and bring to boil; and then simmer in low heat for 1 hour, add seasoning
