冬粉黄酒虾Prawns in Glass Noodle Hot Pot

【材料】
新鲜老虎虾10只、冬粉100克、姜丝10克、木耳丝10克

【調味料】
黄酒100毫升、白米酒20毫升、花雕酒20毫升、麻油少许、鸡精1茶匙、糖2茶匙、蚝油½汤匙、酱油½汤匙

【做法】
1.烧热瓦煲及瓦煲里的小石头全烧红后,转小火。
2.冬粉以冷水泡软備用。
3.准备2张铝箔纸,将冬粉垫底,鲜虾排在冬粉上。
4.放上姜丝和木耳丝,再加入所有的调味料后,包好放入瓦煲内。
5.用小火,烧15分钟后,即可享用。

【INGREDIENTS】
10 tiger prawns, 100g glass noodle, 10g juliennes ginger, 10g juliennes black fungus

【Seasoning】
100ml Chinese yellow wine, 20ml rice white wine, 20ml Chinese cooking wine, Some sesame oil, 1 tsp chicken powder
2 tsp sugar, ½ tbsp oyster sauce, ½ tbsp soy sauce

【METHOD】
1.Burn clay pot until all the stone inside the pot turns red; turn to low heat.
2.Soak glass noodles in cold water.
3.Prepare 2 sheet of aluminium foil, place glass noodles on it and top with prawns.
4.Cover prawns with ginger and black fungus; and then pour in all seasoning; wrap up and place in clay pot.
5.Burn for about 15 minutes and ready to serve.
