冰巢凉伴杂菜Iced Cold Salad

【材料】
青瓜100克、红萝卜100克、白果肉50克、红辣椒1只、 四季豆50克、大黄椒50克

【调味料】
生抽2汤匙、酸柑汁2汤匙

自制冰碗1个

【做法】
1.把全部菜清洗干净,切成菱形。
2.煮适量清水,加入盐、糖各1/2小匙,放入备好的材料,烫熟捞出,放入冰水里,浸约10分钟后,捞出沥干水份,放入冰碗中。(图1-2)
3.把调味料拌均匀,放在冰碗旁蘸杂菜用即可。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
100g cucumber, 100g carrot, 50g gingko, 1 red chilli, 50g French bean, 50g yellow capsicum

【Seasoning】
2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice

1 self-made ice bowl

【Method】
1.Wash all vegetables and cut into wedges.
2.Boil some water with 1/2 tsp each of salt and sugar; add in all vegetables to blanch until cooked, dish out. Soak them in ice water for 10 minutes, drain and transfer to ice bowl.(pic 1-2)
3.Mixes seasoning and serve as dipping sauce.(pic 3-4)
