南乳焖鸡 Braised Chicken with Preserved Beancurd

【材料】
全鸡1只、食油150毫升
【腌料】混合
南乳5块、胡椒粉适量、白糖1汤匙、生粉300克
【做法】
1. 将鸡肉洗净剖开,加入腌料拌匀备用。(图1-2)
2. 加入生粉拌均。(图3)
3. 起锅热油,把鸡肉炸至金黄色和熟透,即可捞出沥干油,斩件上桌。(图4-5)

【Ingredients】
1 whole chicken, 150ml cooking oil
【Marinade ingredients】
5pcs red bean curd, white pepper powder to taste, 1 tbsp sugar, 300g corn flour
【Method】
1. Wash chicken and mix well with marinate ingredients.(pic 1-2)
2. Add flour to chicken marinades. (pic 3)
3. Heat up oil, deep fry the chicken until golden brown; drain and cut into smaller pieces to serve. (pic 4-5)
