南瓜酱意大利面Spaghetti with Creamy Pumpkin

【酱汁材料】
南瓜300克(切粒)、红萝卜50克(切粒)、洋葱1个(切粒)、罐头忌廉鸡汤1罐、胡椒粉适量、清水50毫升

【材料】
意大利面4人份量、橄榄油1汤匙、香草碎适量、盐少许、松子1把、芝士粉适量

【做法】
1.将南瓜粒、红萝卜粒和洋葱粒,以隔水的方式蒸至熟软。(图1)
2.将蒸熟的南瓜混合料中放入食物料理机,搅拌成糊状,备用。(图2)
3.取一汤锅,倒入罐头忌廉鸡汤、清水和南瓜糊,开小火煮至滚后,加入胡椒粉调味即可熄火,备用。(图3)
4.意大利面根据包装指示煮至熟后,倒入橄榄油、香草碎和少许盐拌匀,备用。(图4)
5.将意大利面夹入盘子,淋上南瓜酱,撒上松子和芝士粉,即可享用。

【Sauce Ingredients】
300g pumpkin , 50g carrot & 1 onion (diced all), 1 canned chicken cream, dash of pepper, 50ml water

【Sub-Ingredients】
Spaghetti for 4 persons, 1 tbsp olive oil, some mixed herbs, dash of salt, 1 pinch of pine seeds, some cheese powder

【Method】
1.Steam the diced pumpkin, carrot and onion until soften.(pic 1)
2.Blend the steamed ingredients into puree.(pic 2)
3.Boil cream of chicken with water and puree in pot with low heat until boiled; season with dash of pepper.(pic 3)
4.Cook spaghetti according to packing instruction and then toss with olive oil,mixed herbs and salt.(pic 4)
5.Arrange spaghetti in plate, pour in pumpkin sauce, sprinkle pine seeds and cheese powder on top to serve.
