南瓜金盅Curry Pumpkin

【材料】
中型南瓜半粒、姜丝少许、细芹菜茎少许(剁碎)、咖喱粉1汤匙、黑芝麻少许、清水1/2杯

【调味料】
盐1/2茶匙、酱青1茶匙、糖1/2匙

【材料】
1.将南瓜洗净,去皮及籽瓤,切块。
2.锅中烧热少许油,爆香姜丝,加入咖喱粉炒香。(图1-2)
3.注入清水,放入南瓜块一同翻炒至熟透。(图3)
4.加入调味料和芹菜茎粒兜匀,上碟后撒入少许黑芝麻。(图4)

【Ingredients】
1/2 pumpkin, some shredded ginger, some celery stem (chopped), 1 Tbsp curry powder, some black sesame, 1/2 bowl water

【Seasonings】
1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar

【Method】
1.Wash, peel and seeded pumpkin, slice into pieces.
2.Heat some oil in wok, saute shredded ginger till fragrant, add in curry powder. (pic 1-2)
3.Pour in water and pumpkin, stir fry well.(pic 3)
4.Add seasoning and chopped celery stem, fry well and dish out. Sprinkle black sesame before serve.(pic 4)
