卤肉饭便当Spiced Meat Rice Bento

【材料】
五花肉200克、五香豆腐1片、鸡蛋2粒、白饭1碗、奶白菜100克
、蒜头1粒

【卤味汁】
生抽2汤匙、黑酱油1汤匙、水1公升、卤味香料1包

【做法】
1.将五花肉以沸水川烫过,再以清水冲洗干净。(图1)
2.鸡蛋煮熟剥壳,奶白菜川烫至熟待用。
3.把卤味汁煮滚,放入花肉、蒜头、五香豆腐及鸡蛋以小火焖煮40分钟。(图2-4)
4.奶白菜放入沸水中川烫后捞起围边即可。(图5)
5.将卤好的材料切片,连同少许卤汁摆入餐盒中,放上白饭、水果即可。

【Ingredients】
200g pork belly, 1 pc five spiced tofu, 2 egg, 1 bowl white rice,
100g Nai Yaw Bak, 1 whole garlic

【Sauce Ingredients】
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 litre water, 1 pkt spices
mixture

【Method】
1.Blanch pork belly and rinse well.(pic 1)
2.Hard-boil the eggs and shelled.
3.Bring spiced sauce to boil and then put in the meat, garlic, tofu and hard-boiled eggs, simmer in low heat for 40 minutes.(pic 2-4)
4.Blanched Nai Yaw Bak in boilling water and arrange in a lunch box.(pic 5)
5.Cut the stewed ingredients, arrange in the lunch box with some spice sauce, rice and some fruits.(pic 6)
