参巴虾米 家乡炒饭 PRAWN SAMBAL KAMPONG FRIED RICE

材料 :
古龙牌香焖花生 2 汤匙
万茂牌上等青豆 2 汤匙
万茂牌参巴虾米 2 汤匙
白饭 2 碗
蛋 2 粒

配料 :
鲜虾仁 100 克
鸡肉, 切丁 100 克
小葱, 切片 1 汤匙
红辣椒, 切片 1 条
空心菜 100 克

做法 :
1 倒3汤匙油入镬内烧热,放入小葱片爆香,盛出待用。
2 将鸡蛋煎成荷包蛋备用。(图1)
3 加入虾仁和鸡肉炒熟。(图2)
4 加入饭、万茂牌上等青豆、 古龙牌香焖花生,万茂牌参巴虾米, 空心菜和红辣椒。(图3-8)
5 拌炒至均匀后取出分盛两碟,放入荷包蛋及炸葱屑一同享用。

INGREDIENTS :
2 tbsp GULONG Brand Braised Peanuts
2 tbsp MAKMUR Brand Processed Peas
2 tbsp MAKMUR Brand Prawn Sambal
2 bowls cooked rice
2 eggs
SUB-INGREDIENTS :
100 g fresh shrimps
100 g chicken meat(cubes)
1 tbsp shallots (sliced)
1 red chili (sliced)
100 g kangkong

METHOD :
1 Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry shallots until golden brown, dish out.
2 Fried sunny side up egg, set aside. (pic 1)
3 Add in shrimps and chicken meat, stir fry until cooked. (pic 2)
4 Add in rice, MAKMUR Brand Processd Peas, GULONG Brand Braised Peanuts, MAKMUR Brand
Prawn Sambal,Kangkong and chili. (pic 3-8)
5 Stir fry evenly, divide into 2 portions, serve with sunny side up egg and shallot crisps.
