叉烧夹 Charsiu Sliders

【材料】
去皮花肉500克(切5公分长条)
现买马铃薯面包(中间剖开,涂牛油)、Cheddar芝士6
片、番茄6片
【调味料】
海鲜酱2汤匙、姜茸1汤匙、花雕酒2汤匙、蜜糖1⁄4杯、酱油2汤匙、麻油1⁄2茶匙、蒜头2瓣(剁碎)、五香粉1⁄2茶
匙、黑酱油1⁄2茶匙、盐适量、清水1杯
【做法】
1. 把花肉和所有调味料一起放入锅里焖煮约45分钟至肉软。(图1)
2. 肉煮熟以叉撕成小片。
3. 预热烤炉至190℃。
4. 把叉烧,番茄及芝士夹在面包中间。(图2-6)
5. 放入烤炉烤10分钟或至芝士溶解。(图7)
6. 从烤炉取面包后跟着面包上的线条切小块享用。 (图8)

【Ingredients】
500g skinless belly pork; cut into 5cm lengths
1 packet store bought potato bun(sliced horizontally and buttered),
6 pieces cheddar cheese, 6 sliced tomatoes
【Ground Spice paste】
2 tbsps hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 2 tbsp Chinese wine,
1⁄4cup honey, 2 tbsps light soya sauce, 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil, 2 cloves
garlic(chopped), 1⁄2 tsp Chinese five spice powder, 1⁄2 tsp dark
soya sauce, salt to taste, 1 cup water
【Method】
1. In a pot, boil the belly pork with all the seasoning and simmer until the belly pork is tender. Takes about 45 minutes on slow
heat or more.(pic 1)
2. Once the meat is tender, using a fork, shred the belly pork into small pieces.
3. Preheat oven @ 190℃.
4. Sandwich charsiu, tomatoes and cheese slices in potato bread. (pic 2-6)
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.(pic 7)
6. Remove from oven and cut into small squares following the lines from the buns, done.(pic 8)
