双笋烩鲜菇Steamed Asparagus & Corn

【材料】
芦笋3条、盐适量、玉米笋3-4根、蚝油1茶匙、鲜香菇5朵、蒜辣椒½条、蒜3瓣、太白粉1茶匙(加2汤匙水)

【调味料】
盐适量、蚝油1茶匙

【做法】
1.芦笋切段;玉米笋剖半;香菇切小块;蒜剁碎;辣椒切圈状备用。
2.将芦笋玉米笋排在煎盘中,入锅蒸5分钟,取出备用。
3.把锅烧热爆香蒜与辣椒,放入香菇和适量的水翻炒,加入蚝油续煮,加入盐拌匀,最后以太白粉水勾芡。(图1-4)
4.淋在芦笋和玉米笋上即可。(图5)

【Ingredients】
1 bunch of asparagus, 3-4 pcs baby corn, 5 pcs fresh mushroom, ½ red chili, 3 pips garlic, 1 tsp corn flour (+2 tbsp water)

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, 1 tsp oyster sauce

【Method】
1.Cut asparagus into sections and cut baby corn into halve; cut mushroom into small pieces; chop garlic and cut chili into rings.
2.Steam asparagus and baby corn for 5 minutes.
3.Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic, red chili until fragrant; toss in mushroom with some water; add in seasoning and then thicken with starch. (pic 1-4)
4.Pour sauce over asparagus and baby corn to serve.(pic 5)
