口琴骨Harmonica Ribs

材料(A):
排骨3支(斩成3寸长)、为食粉勾芡、蜜糖1汤匙
材料(B):
海鲜酱1汤匙、豆酱1茶匙、芝麻酱1茶匙、南乳½块、酸梅酱2汤匙、鸡精粉1汤匙、
糖3汤匙、胡椒粉1茶匙、绍兴酒2汤匙
做法:
1.将(B)料拌匀,倒入排骨内搽匀,腌3小时,酱汁备用。
2.把排骨放入烤炉内,一边烤10分钟,取出。
3.倒½杯水入酱汁拌匀,煮滚后拌入献汁和蜜糖。
4.加入排骨拌匀即可趁热进食。

Ingredients (A):
3pcs ribs (cut into 3” long), sobests flour solution,1tbsp honey
Ingredients (B):
1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tsp soy bean paste, 1 tsp sesame sauce, ½ pc fermented red bean curd,
2 tbsp plum sauce, 1 tbsp chicken powder, 3
tbsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tbsp shao shing chinese cooking wine
Method:
1.Mix (B) and rub all over ribs, marinade for 3 hours. Remain sauce.
2.Arrange ribs in grill and grill each side for 10 minutes. Remove.
3.Mix the remaining marinade sauce with ½ cup water, bring to the boil, stir in flour solution and honey.
4.Add in ribs, stir well and ser ve hot.
