【材料】
A:猪小肠3条
B:八角1粒、花椒10粒、桂皮1条、小椒干3条、草果1粒、胡椒粒15粒、月桂叶1片、丁香2粒
C:青葱1条、姜片3片、葱头仔1粒

【调味料】
水2公升、白米酒15克、Maggi鲜汤40克、冰糖60克、Maggi生抽30克、鸡粉30克、鱼露30克、盐13克

【做法】
1.将猪肠洗干净,卷成轮胎状,然后用小刀在周围刺一刺。
2.在锅内将材料B和材料C炒香,加入调味料及清水,然后加入猪肠卤45分钟。(图1-3)
3.最后将猪肠切成小段,用红椒茸和青葱丝装饰。(图4)

【Ingredients】
A:3 pig small intestines
B:1 star anise, 10 Chinese peppercorn, 1 stick cinnamon, 3 dried chili, 1 pc Cao Guo, 15 white peppercorn,1 sprig bay leaf, 2 clove
C:1 stalk spring onion, 3 slices ginger, 1 shallot

【Seasoning】
2 liter water, 15g rice wine, 40g Maggiconcentrated stock, 60g rock sugar, 30g Maggi soy sauce, 30g chicken powder, 30ml fish sauce, 13g salt

【Method】
1.Clean and wash the pig intestine, roll up and pinch hole around them.
2.In a pot, sauté ingredients A & B until fragrant, pour in seasoning and intes-tines, braise for 45 minutes.(pic 1-3)
3.Cut the intestine into sections, garnish with shredded red chili and spring onion to serve.(pic 4)
