吉祥如意(肉丸白菜蘑菇汤)Chinese Cabbage Soup with Meat Balls

【材料】
黄芽白菜1⁄2小棵、猪肉丸15粒、蘑菇10粒、江鱼仔汤约500毫升、葱油2汤匙

【调味料】
盐1茶匙、胡椒粉适量

【做法】
1.白菜剥开叶子洗净;蘑菇洗净备用。
2.预先用适量江鱼仔和小半锅清水煮1个半小时,过滤成高汤。
3.把江鱼仔汤煮沸后下葱油。
4.加入白菜、猪肉丸和蘑菇,煮至滚后以少许盐及胡椒粉调味即可。

【Ingredients】
1⁄2 small Chinese cabbage, 15 nos pork balls, 10 nos button mushrooms, 500ml anchovy stock, 2 tbsp fried shallot oil

【Seasoning】
1 tsp salt, pepper to taste

【Method】
1.Separates leaves of Chinese cabbage. Rinse cabbage and mushrooms.
2.Cook adequate anchovies in 1⁄2 pot of water for about 1 1⁄2 hours to obtain anchovy stock. Set aside.
3.Bring anchovy soup to a boil. Add fried shallot oil.
4.Add Chinese cabbage, pork balls and button mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
