吞拿牛油果 Tuna Avocado Boats

材料 :
牛油果2粒、吞拿罐头2罐(橄榄油浸低脂,2粒红葱头(剁碎)
、绿橄榄8粒(剁碎)、番茄8粒(浸在油里,滴干剁碎)、剁碎
芫荽叶2汤匙、酸柑汁1汤匙、盐少许、研磨黑胡椒粒少许、食
用菜苗(装饰,随意)
方法 :
1. 将吞拿取出放入中碗内,加入剁碎红葱、绿橄榄、番茄和芫
荽叶,挤入酸柑汁,搅拌均匀。用盐及胡椒粒调味。
2. 将牛油果切半,挖去肉。舀一匙吞拿馅料填放入牛油果内
3. 用菜苗做装饰,再挤入少许酸柑汁,即可享用。

INGREDIENTS :
2 large ripe avocados, 2 cans Tuna (Extra Virgin Olive Oil),
2 red onion(finely diced), 8 pitted green olives(chopped),
8 tomatoes (packed in oil, drained, and chopped), 2
tbsp finely chopped parsley, 1 tbsp freshly squeezed
lime juice, dash of salt, freshly ground black pepper,
microgreens(for garnishing optional)
METHOD :
1. Place the tuna in a medium mixing bowl. Add the
red onion, olives, tomatoes, parsley and lime juice
and stir gently to combine. Season to taste with
salt and pepper.
2. Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop the tuna mixture
into the pitted avocado halves.
3. Garnish with microgreens as desired, and a light
squeeze of lime juice. Serve immediately.
