咖哩素鱼Curry mock fish

【材料】
A:油5汤匙、辣椒糊100克、香茅1支、咖哩叶1棵、素巴拉煎、咖哩粉1汤匙、辣椒粉1/2茶匙、疯柑叶2片
B:糖3汤匙、盐1/2茶匙、蘑菇粉1/2茶匙、淡奶1/2罐
C:素鱼5片(先炸至熟)、羊角豆200克(切段)、番茄2粒(切块)

【做法】
1.烧热锅,用小火爆香A料,即如B料继续炒香。
2.加入羊角豆炒香,最后加入已炸好的素鱼及番茄煮滚即可。

【Ingredients】
A: 5 tbsp oil, 100g chilli paste, 1 lemongrass, 1 stalk curry leave, vege Balacan, 1 tbsp curry powder, ½ tsp chilli powder, 2 kaffir lime leave
B: 3 tbsp sugar, 2/3 tsp salt, ½ tsp mushroom granule powder, ½ can evaporated milk
C: 5 mock fish (deep fried), 200g lady finger (cut section), 2 tomatoes (wedges)

【Method】
1.Heat oil in wok, sauté ingredients A with low heat, toss in ingredients B, stir well.
2.Add in lady finger and stir well, toss in mock fish and tomatoes, bring to a boil, done.
