咖喱鲍鱼菇 Abalone mushroom Curry

材料
鲍鱼菇1包
面糊:混合
炸粉250克、盐少许、胡椒粉少许、水380毫升
调味料 :
咖哩粉2汤匙、糖1汤匙、盐1茶匙、咖哩叶、奶
精300毫升
做法 :
1 鲍鱼菇沾上糊料,放入热油炸至金黄色,沥干油待用。(图1-2)
2 锅内热油,加入调味料煮至汁浓。(图3-4)
3 投入加入已炸好的鲍鱼菇,炒匀盛起即可。

BATTER:
250g fried flour, some salt, dash of pepper, 380ml water
SEASONING :
2 tbsp curry powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, curry leaf, 300ml creamer
METHOD :
1 Dip the abalone mushroom with batter and fry until
in hot oil until golden brown. (pic 1-2)
2 Heat oil in wok, toss in seasoning and cook until the gravy thicken. (pic3-4)
3 Add in fried abalone mushroom and stir well. Dish out and serve.
