咸蛋芝麻饼 Salted Egg and Sesame Cookies

【材料】
牛油80克、糖粉50克、咸蛋黄20克(蒸熟弄散)、蛋黄1个、蛋糕面粉20克、玉米粉120克、奶粉10克、黑芝麻10克
【做法】
1. 把牛油和糖粉搅拌至发起。(图1)
2. 咸蛋黄和蛋黄一起混合,搅拌至细滑。(图2)
3. 把混合蛋料和牛油料混合均匀。(图3)
4. 加入干料后搅拌均匀。(图4-6)
5. 把面团做成小丸(约1角钱大小)。(图7)
6. 把面团稍微压扁。(图8)
7. 然后放入烤炉以170°C烤 13分钟即可。

【Ingredients】
80g butter, 50g icing sugar, 20g salted egg yolk (steamed mashed), 1 pc egg yolk, 20g cake
flour, 120g corn flour, 10g milk powder, 10g black sesame seed
【Method】
1. Cream butter and icing sugar. (pic1)
2. Blend salted egg yolk and egg yolk till smooth. (pic 2)
3. Add in the egg mixture to the butter mixture and mix well. (pic 3)
4. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. (pic 4-6)
5. Shape the dough into small balls (around 10 cent size). (pic 7)
6. Slightly flatten the dough.(pic 8)
7. Bake the cookies at 170°C for 13 minutes.
