咸鱼莲藕煎肉饼Salted Lotus Meet Patties

【材料】
五花肉碎300克、嫩莲藕120克(切碎)、梅香咸鱼20克(煎香)

【调味料】
鸡精粉1/2茶匙、粟粉1汤匙、胡椒粉1茶匙、糖1/2茶匙

【做法】
1.将莲藕去皮切丁。(图1)
2.猪肉碎加入调味料拌匀,大力挞至起胶。(图2)
3.加入莲藕和咸鱼,分小份搓成肉饼。(图3-4)
4.镬内热少许油,放入莲藕饼煎至金黄色或熟,即可享用。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
300g minced pork belly, 120g young lotus root (chopped), 20g Mui Heong salted fish (sauté)

【Seasonings】
1/2 tsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp sugar

【Method】
1.Peel and chop lotus roof finely. (pic 1)
2.Mix seasoning into minced meat and blend until springy.(pic 2)
3.Add in chopped lotus root and salted fish, ap-portion make into small patties.(pic 3-4)
4.Sear patties in hot oil until cooked and serve. (pic 5-6)
