咸鱼鸡肉扒Salted Fish Chicken Chops

【材料A】(拌匀)
鸡扒4个、生油2汤匙、胡椒粉适量、糖1茶匙

【材料B】
炒香梅香咸鱼肉1汤匙

【调味料】
生抽1汤匙、鲍鱼汁1汤匙、糖1茶匙、胡椒粉适量、上汤1杯、为食粉勾芡

【做法】
1.烧热2汤匙油入锅内,放入鸡扒煎至两边熟透。
2.倒(B)和(C)入锅内煮滚,拌入芡汁后淋在鸡扒上即可趁热进食。

【小贴士】
鸡扒也可以改用猪扒,但梅香咸鱼不可改用别种咸鱼,改了味道就会不同。

【Ingredient A】(MIX)
4 Chicken chops, 2 tbsp soy sauce, pepper to taste, 1 tsp sugar

【Ingredient B】
1 tbsp fried mui heong salted fish meat

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp abalone sauce, 1 tsp sugar, pepper to taste, 1 cup broth, Sobests flour solution

【Method】
1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, stir fry chicken chops both side until cooked.
2.Put(B) and (C) in pan, bring to the boil, stir in flour solution and pour on chicken chops. Serve hot.
