哈蜜瓜开胃菜Rock Melon Bruschetta

【材料】
A:芝士奶油150克(室温)、橙皮茸1/2茶匙、剁碎香草 (如迷迭香)1茶匙、黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙、盐适量
B:法国长面包10片、牛肉火腿10片(煎熟)、哈蜜瓜500克去皮切薄片)、额外现磨黑胡椒粉适量、薄荷叶适量

【做法】
1.把所有材料A混合成涂料。(图1)
2.把面包涂牛油,然后烤香。(图2)
3.将哈蜜瓜去皮,切成薄片。(图3-4)
4.把芝士奶油涂料涂在面包上,再铺上火腿肉和哈蜜瓜,然后撒上黑胡椒粉和铺上薄荷叶即可享用。(图5-8)

【Ingredients】
A:150g cream cheese(at room temperature), 1/2 tsp finely grated orange rind, 1 tsp chopped fresh herbs like rosemary/dill, 1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper, salt to taste
B:10 slices baguette bread, 10 slices beef bacon(pan fried),500g rock melon (peeled, thinly sliced length ways), extra freshly crushed black pepper, Fresh mint leaves (to serve)

【Method】
1.Combine all ingredients A into spread.(pic 1)
2.Spread butter on each slice of baguette, toast it.(pic 2)
3.Skinned the rock melon and cut in thin slices.(pic 3-4)
4.Spread cheese mixture over toasted baguette. Top with bacon and rock melon. Drizzle over with pepper and sprinkle with mint.(pic 5-8)
