四色金粟炒饭 Quadruple Corn Fried Rice

【材料】
鲜粟米粒100克、大红甜椒50克、鲜冬菇3朵、素火腿50克、饭3碗、姜末1大匙
【调味料】
麻油1 1⁄2小匙、生抽1大匙、盐1⁄2小匙、胡椒粉1⁄4小匙
【做法】
1.把红甜椒、鲜冬菇、素火腿切丁备用。
2.烧热麻油炒香姜末,加入其余配料和调味料一起炒香,最后加入饭拌炒均
匀即可盛起享用。(图1-4)

【Ingredients】
100g fresh corn kernel, 50g red pepper, 3 pcs fresh mushroom, 50g mock ham, 3 bowls white rice, 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
【Seasoning】
11⁄2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄4 tsp pepper powder
【Method】
1.Dice red pepper, fresh mushroom and mock ham.
2.Heat sesame oil in wok, sauté ginger until fragrant; toss in all other sub-ingredients and seasoning; then add in white rice and stir-fry until well mixed, done. (pic 1-4)
