手撕猪肉汉堡包 Pulled Pork Burger

手撕肉材料:可做6个
花肉500克
500g belly pork

腌料
磨碎黑胡椒1茶匙、黄糖4大匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、辣椒粉2茶匙、盐1茶匙、大葱1粒(剁碎)、蒜2瓣(剁碎)、芥末酱2汤匙、李派淋酱2汤匙、清水11⁄2杯、番茄酱65克、生粉1汤匙、苹果醋1⁄4杯
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper, 4 heaped Tbsp dark brown sugar, 1 tsp chicken stock granules, 2 tsps paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 big onion (chopped), 2 cloves garlic (chopped), 2 Tbsps mustard, 2 Tbsps lea n perrins sauce, 11⁄2 cups water, 65g tomato sauce, 1 Tbsp corn flour, 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar

配料
松饼面包6个(切开涂上牛油)、黄瓜丝、番茄片、芝士片芥末酱及美奶滋各适量
6 soft muffin(sliced into 2 horizontally and buttered it), some salad leaves, tomatoes (sliced), cheese slices, mustard sauce and mayonnaise sauce

手撕肉做法
1.把花肉切成2条状,与所有腌料放入慢燉鍋,加盖煮6-8小时至肉软。(图1-4)
1.Cut pork lengthwise in half. Place into the crock pot together with the marinade ingredients, cover the lid cook for about 6-8 hours until meat tendered.(pic 1-4)

2.试味后关电,待凉后把猪肉撕成小块。(图5)
2.Adjust seasonings to taste & turn off heat. Shred pork with hand after cooling down.(pic 5)

3.在松饼面包上放入黄瓜丝、番茄片、芝士片及一团手撕猪肉,然后淋上少许的焖肉酱汁,再涂上芥末酱及美奶滋,盖上另一半松饼面包即可享用。(图6-8)
3.Top muffin bun with shredded cucumber & tomato slices, cheese, follow with pulled pork, then drizzle lightly with its sauce. Spread mustard sauce and mayonnaise on top and cover with bun.(pic 6-8)
