金瓜糙米鱼片粥

Brown rice & Fish Porridge

材料:

南瓜200克、石斑鱼肉200克、糙米150克(浸软)、清水1200毫升

调味料:

盐、味精、姜丝、葱花、炸米粉各适量

做法:

1.将南瓜去皮切片;石斑鱼切片,冷藏待用。(图1-3)

2.煲滚清水,加入糙米煲至糙米熟烂,大约45分钟。

3.加入调味料及南瓜再煲20分钟,至南瓜软熟。

4.食用时才加入鱼片煮数分钟,便可盛起享用。

【Ingredient】

200g pumpkin, 200g garupa fillet, 150g brown rice(soak until soften), 1200ml water

【Seasoning】

Dash of salt, MSG, pepper, chopped spring onion and shredded ginger Some fried rice vermicelli

【Method】

1.Skinned and sliced lumkin; slice fish fillet and store in refrigerator for later use. (pic 1-3)

2.Boil water and add in brown rice to boil about 45 minutes until soften.

3.Add seasoning and pumpkin; continue to boil for 20 minutes until pumpkin soften.

4.Just add in fish fillet to cook for a few minutes before serving.
