塘藕猪手Braised Pork Shank with Lotus root

【材料】
老莲藕350克、猪手1只(斩块)、红枣10克、龙眼干10克、水2碗

【调味料】
生抽2汤匙、老抽1茶匙、盐少许

【做法】
1.将猪手放入沸水川烫,洗净;莲藕刮皮切约2分宽度。(图1-2)
2.把全部材料和水放入炖盅,炖2小时。(图3-4)
3.加入调味料便可进食。

【Ingredients】
350g old lotus root, 1 pork shank (chopped into pieces), 10g red dates, 10g dried longan, 2 bowls water

【Seasoning】
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, dash of salt

【Method】
1.Blanch shank in boiling water and wash; skinned lotus root and then cut into 2 cm slices.(pic 1-2)
2.Place all ingredients and water into pot, stew for 2 hours.(pic 3-4)
3.Season to taste and serve hot.
