太爷鸡翼Grand Father’s Chicken Wing

【材料】
鸡翼6只

【卤料】
A:八角2粒、桂皮2条、姜1 (拍扁) 、花椒适量、芫茜1条、葱2条、清水1000毫升
B:老抽1/2汤匙、生抽2汤匙、糖3茶匙、味精2茶匙

【做法】
1.把A卤料煮滚后,加入B卤料,用小火煮至出味。(图2)
2.加入鸡翼用慢火浸熟。(图3)
3.将鸡翼盛起沥干,起油锅,将它炸至酥脆,即可享用。(图4-5)

【Ingredients】
6 pcs chicken wing

【Stewing sauce ingredients】
A: 2 pc star anise, 2 sticks cinnamon, 1 pc ginger (smashed), 1 stalk coriander, 2 stalks spring onion, some Chinese peppercorn, 1000ml water
B: 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tsp sugar, 2 tsp MSG

【Method】
1.Bring stewing sauce ingredients A to boil, then add in B.(pic 2)
2.Add in chicken wing and then stew in low heat until cooked.(pic 3)
3.Remove chicken wings from sauce.Deep fry chicken wings until crispy, done.(pic 4-5)
