奶油吞拿焗花椰菜 Baked cauliflower with Tuna & Cream

【材料】
A:大洋葱1颗(切碎)、吞拿鱼1罐(250克)、奶油 150毫升、花椰菜200克(烫熟)、西芹少许(切碎)
B: Parmesan芝士粉20克、mozzarella奶酪100克
【调味料】
黑胡椒粉适量、鸡精粉 适量、白糖适量、海盐适量
【做法】
1. 用深锅热牛油,大火翻炒洋葱至香。(图1)
2. 加入吞拿鱼和调味料炒匀。(图2)
3. 加入鲜奶油及西芹碎,转中火煮滚。(图3-4)
4. 把烫熟花椰菜排放在可进烤箱的碗内,铺上吞拿鱼奶油酱。(图5-6)
5. 撒上材料B,然后放入预热至180度的烤箱里烤10分钟或至金黄色泽即可。(图7-8)

【Ingredients】
A:1 onion (chopped),1 can tuna (250g),150ml cream, 200g cauliflower (blanch), some chopped celery
B:20g grated parmesan cheese, 100g mozzarella cheese
【Seasoning】
Dash of black pepper, chicken powder, sugar & salt
【Method】
1.Heat butter in skillet, sauté chopped onion in high heat.(pic 1)
2.Add in tuna fish and seasonings, stir well. (pic 2)
3.Pour in fresh cream and chopped celery, bring to a boil.(pic 3-4)
4.Place cooked cauliflower on heat proof container, pour tuna cream mixture over.(pic 5-6)
5.Sprinkle ingredients B on top and bake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes or until golden brown.(pic 7-8)
