奶香鳕鱼 Creamy Cod Fish

【材料】
A:鳕鱼两片 200克、源菜叶5片、生粉 30克、香油 适量
B:生奶半罐、牛油50克
C:咖哩叶少许、红子天椒茸少许、罐头粟米1茶匙
【调味料】
鸡精粉3克、盐 3克、糖5克
【做法】
1.将源菜叶放入热油中炸脆,捞出摆盘。(图1)
2.用生粉沾鳕鱼, 然后放入热油中炸至微黄捞出。(图2-3)
3.起锅热牛油,加生奶及材料C,慢火煮浓成奶油酱。(图4-5)
4.加入煎鳕鱼,捞均后盛出,上碟。

【Ingredients】
A:200g cod fish fillet, 5 sprig Chinese spinach leaf, 30g corn flour, some sesame oil
B:1⁄2 can evaporated milk, 50g butter
C:Some curry leaf, chopped red chilli padi, 1 tsp corn kernels
【Seasoning】
3g chicken powder, 3g salt, 3g sugar
【Method】
1. Deep fried chinese spinach leaf in hot oil till crispy, drain and arrange on plate. (pic1)
2. Coat cod fish with corn flour and then deep fry until light brown.(pic 2-3)
3. Heat butter in wok, add in evaporated milk and ingredients C, simmer in low heat until creamy.(pic

4. Toss in fried cod fish, mix well and dish out on plate.
