妈蜜炒饭Marmite Fried Rice

【材料】
白饭3碗、红萝卜50克、鲜香菇3朵、鲜腐竹(豆包)2块、四季豆60克、小芹菜1汤匙(切碎)

【调味料】
妈蜜菜汁1汤匙、生抽1汤匙、胡椒粉1/4小匙、麻油1/2小匙

【做法】
1.将红萝卜、鲜香菇、四季豆切丝,豆包先炸至金黄色再切丝。
2.烧热1/2大匙油,把切丝蔬菜类炒香,加入白饭和调味料一起拌炒匀,最后加入芹菜碎及豆包丝拌炒即可上碟,趁热享用。(图1-5)

【Ingredients】
3 bowls cooked white rice, 50g carrot, 3 pcs fresh mushroom, 2 pcs gluten pocket, 60g French bean, 1 tbsp chopped Chinese celery

【Seasonings】
1 tbsp marmite, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp sesame oil

【Method】
1.Juliennes carrot, fresh mushroom and French bean; deep fry gluten pocket before juliennes.
2.Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté all juliennes vegetables until fragrant, then toss in rice and seasoning, follow with chopped Chinese celery and shredded gluten pocket, dish out.(pic 1-5)
