姆鲁古 Easy Murukku Recipe

材料 :
Baba’s 姆鲁古粉250克、牛有60克、芝麻1茶匙、咖哩叶2茶匙(剁碎)、辣椒粉1茶匙(随意)、椰浆250-300毫升
做法:
1.将牛油加入姆鲁古粉内拌匀成面包糠。
2.加入芝麻、咖哩叶碎和辣椒粉。(图1)
3.倒入温椰浆,拌匀至粘结成软面团。(图2-3)
4.将面团放入姆鲁古模型,手势画圆圈的挤压出面团在香蕉叶上。(图4-5)
5.将挤出的德姆鲁古放入热油中炸至金黄色。(图6)
6.取出沥干油,收入干净的关子内密封罐子内。

Ingredeints :
250 g Baba’s murukku flour
60 g salted butter
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsps ground curry leaves
1 tsp chilly flakes [optional] 250-300 ml coconut milk
Method :
1. Mix butter into the murukku flour till looking like breadcrumbs.
2. Add the sesame seeds, curry leaves & chilly flakes if like. (pic 1)
3. Pour in warm coconut milk until dough binds together & is tender.Dough needs to be soft so
that its easier to press out. (pic 2-3)
4. Using the murukku machine, place the dough inside & press out creating a circle on a banana
leaf. Banana leaf helps the sliding into the oil easier. (pic 4-5)
5. Heat oil & slide the murukku into the oil frying it on medium heat till golden. (pic 6)
6. Remove , let oil drain & serve or keep in airtight container till needed.
