姜葱爆烧肉 Stir-fried Roasted Meat

【材料】
烧肉300克(切片)、青葱白200克、灯笼椒20克、大葱20克、姜20克(切片)
【调味料】
花雕酒2茶匙、糖2茶匙、蚝油1茶匙、蒸鱼酱油1茶匙、
【做法】
1. 烧热镬,下油爆香姜片,加入大葱及灯笼椒炒片刻,加入烧肉炒约5分钟至香脆。(图1-4)
2. 加入葱白与调味料,抖匀炒香。(图5)
3. 最后加入粟粉水勾芡即可。(图6)

【Ingredients】
300g roasted meat (sliced), 200g white part of springonion, 20g capsicum, 20g big onion, 20g ginger (sliced)
【Seasoning】
2 tsp Chinese cooking wine, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sauce for steaming fish
【Method】
1. Heat oil in wok, sauté ginger until fragrant, add in roasted meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes. (pic 1-4)
2. Toss in spring onion and seasoning, stir-fry until fragrant. (pic 5)
3. Thicken with some starch, dish out. (pic 6)
