【材料】
包菜150克(切块)、长豆150克(切段)、包菜花100克(切块)、羊角豆100克(切段)、番茄2粒(切块)、豆芽
125克、茄子100克(切块)、椰浆250毫升、清水400毫升
【香料】
桂皮2寸、丁香2朵、八角1朵、辣椒酱3汤匙、马来煎1茶匙、咖哩粉2汤匙(加1汤匙水搅拌)、香茅2支
【做法】
1.在智能快锅内热2汤匙油,放入所有香料炒香,接着倒入椰浆和清水拌匀,最后加入全部材料。(图1-4)
2.选择“自选”功能,设时1分钟,再按“开始”键。(图5)
3.待气压自动流泻后,盛出上桌,撒上烤香的江鱼仔。

【Method】
1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in smart cooker , saute spice ingredients till fragrant. Pour in santan and water, mix well.
Lastly add in all ingredients.(pic 1-4)
2.Select “RECIPES” for 1 minute and press “START” button.(pic 5)
3.Once the pressure is released automatically, serve with toasted ikan billis.
