娘惹辣味炒饭 Spicy Nyonya Fried Rice

材料:
食油3-4汤匙、蒜头1瓣(剁碎) 、虾米茸1汤匙、辣椒泥1汤匙、鸡肉100克(切丁以1/4茶匙盐和胡椒粉少许腌妥) 、香菇2朵(浸软切丁) 、鸡精粉1茶匙、糙米饭250克
做法:
- 热不黏锅,加油把蒜茸爆香,然后加入虾米炒香。
- 加入辣椒泥,炒数秒钟后加入鸡肉、香菇及鸡精粉。
- 加入糙米饭,大火炒至香,调味。
- 熄火趁热吃。
Ingredients:
3-4 Tbsps cooking oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp chopped dried prawns
1 Tbsp chilly paste / boh
100 g chicken meat, cubed, marinated with ¼ tsp salt & pepper
2 chinese mushroom, soaked & cubed
1 tsp chicken stock granules
250 g cooked ECO BROWN rice
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok or non-stick pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, add dried prawns and sauté till fragrant.
- Add chilly paste and stir for a few seconds before adding the chicken meat, Chinese mushroom, chicken stock granules.
- Toss in cooked ECO BROWN rice and cook over high heat until fragrant adjusting seasonings to taste.
- Remove from heat & serve warm.
