孜然和青柠烤鸡 Roasted Chicken with Cumin and Lime

┃材料┃
鸡全腿3只(洗净抹干)、盐1汤匙、大葱2粒(切薄片)、芫荽1把(装饰用)
┃腌料┃
咸味牛油60克、孜然粉1汤匙、芫荽粉2茶匙、熏制辣椒粉2茶匙、青柠1粒(取皮茸)、干迷迭香1茶匙、蒜4瓣(剁碎)
┃做法┃
1.将鸡全腿涂抹盐备用。
2.在碗内将所有腌料混合,捞匀备用。(图1)
3.将鸡肉放入耐热容器内,稍微松开鸡皮,填入腌料,盖好。(图2)
4.将剩余的牛油涂抹鸡腿外层,然后撒上大葱。
5.启动MILUX电子烤箱,选择强风及上下火功能,设时50分钟。(图3)
6.放入鸡肉,上火215℃、下火200℃将鸡肉烤至金黄色。(图4-5)。
7.取出鸡肉,铺上少许芫荽叶,趁热享用。(图6)

┃INGREDIENTS┃
3 pcs chicken whole leg (wash & drained), 1 tbsp salt, 2 large red onions(cut into thick slices), handful coriander(to garnish)
┃MARINADE┃
60g salted butter, 1 tbsp ground cumin, 2 tsps ground coriander, 2 tsps smoked paprika, grated rind of 1 lime, 1 tsp dried rosemary, 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
┃METHOD┃
1.Rub the chicken legs with salt.
2.In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. (pic 1)
3.Loosen the skin of the chicken whole leg, rub the marinade ingredients under the skin, pulling the skin back over to cover. (pic 2)
4.Rub any remaining butter over the outside of the whole legs.Scatter the onion slices over.
5.Select MILUX Electric Oven for top bottom heat with fan. Select timer to 50 minutes. (pic 3)
6.Place the whole legs inside, select the top heater tobe at 215℃; then select the bottom heater @200℃. (pic 4-5)
7.Remove the chicken whole legs from oven and garnish with coriander, then serve. (pic 6)
