家乡炒饭Nasi Goreng Kampung

【材料】
白饭300克(弄松)、鸡蛋2粒、食油3汤匙、洋葱1粒(切片)、咖哩粉1汤匙、辣椒粉1茶匙、江鱼仔50克(炸脆)、肉松100克、盐适量

【装饰】
青葱、莞荽(切粒)

【做法】
1.热油,将洋葱炒香。(图1)
2.加入咖哩粉,炒香。(图2)
3.倒入白饭,中间挖井,打入鸡蛋,拌均。
4.饭炒香后加调味料调味,并拌入肉松及江鱼仔,炒匀盛出。(图3-4)
5.吃前撒入青葱、莞荽。

【INGREDIENTS】
300g cooked white rice(fluffed up), 2 eggs, 3 tbsps cooking oil, 1 big onion(sliced), 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp chilly powder, 50g ikan bilis(fried), 100g serunding(meat floss), salt to taste

【GARNISHING】
Spring onions, coriander leaves(sliced)

【METHOD】
1.Heat oil in a wok, saute onions until fragrant & light brown. (pic 1)
2.Add in curry powder & saute until fragrant. (pic 2)
3.Toss in rice, making a well in the center, break eggs in & stir to cook.
4.Once rice is fragrant, adjust seasonings to taste, toss in meat floss and fried ikan bilis. (pic 3-4)
5.Dish out, garnish with some spring onions & coriander leaves before serving.
