【材料】
泡发鱼鳔200克、熟猪肚1⁄2个(切片)、梅肉300克(切块)、鱼胶200克、上汤2公升、青葱粒1汤匙
【调味料】
胡椒粉1茶匙、盐1茶匙
【做法】
1.在锅内煮滚上汤,放入梅肉和猪肚煮沸。(图1-2)
2.用汤匙把鱼胶切小份放入滚汤里煮至浮起。(图3)
3.加入鱼鳔煮滚,调味料后即可盛碗,撒入青葱粒,趁热上桌。(图4)

【Ingredients】
200g processed fish maw, 1⁄2 pig’s cooked stomach (sliced), 300g pork loin (cubed), 200g
fish paste, 2 liters chicken stock
【Seasoning】
1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt
【Method】
1.Bring stock to boil in a stock pot, once boiled, add in pork loin and pig’s stomach. (pic 1-2)
2.Use a spoon, scoop fish paste into the boiling stock, cook till fish ball afloat.(pic 3)
3.Lastly add in fish maw, bring to boil again, sprinkle chopped spring onion on top, serve immediately.(pic 4)

鱼鳔有很多的胶质,又能滋润皮肤,使皮肤细腻光滑。
