展翅高飞 Stir-Fried Pseudo Sharks Fin With Delightful Eggs

【材料】
素鱼翅80克(浸泡滴干)、熟螃蟹肉80克、NutriPlus鸡胸肉30克(切丝)、NutriPlus Omega-3 菜园鸡蛋4粒(打散)、 食油1汤匙、豆芽30克(去头尾)、芥花油3汤匙
【调味料】
胡椒粉½茶匙、盐½茶匙、酱油1茶匙
【装饰材料】
青葱1棵(切粒)、莞荽1束(切粒)、红辣椒粒1汤匙、生菜叶少许
【做法】
1. 把NutriPlus Omega-3 菜园鸡蛋打散,加入素鱼翅、蟹肉、NutriPlus 鸡胸肉及调味料混合。 (图1-4)
2. 烧热不黏锅,把1汤匙油加热,放入豆芽,快速炒均后盛出。(图5)
3. 用同一个锅热1汤匙芥花油,把鸡蛋混合料加入,反复翻炒成粗粒状,间中把剩余芥花油加入。(图6)
4. 在鸡蛋差不多熟透时,加入豆芽,青葱及红辣椒,迅速炒均。(图7)
5. 盛出放在生菜叶上,撒入莞荽叶和红辣椒粒装饰即可。(图8)

【Ingredients】
80g vegetarian sharks fin (soaked and drain), 80g cooked crabmeat, 30g NutriPlus Chicken Breast Meat (shredded), 4 NutriPlus Telur Kampng Omega-3 Eggs (beaten), 1 tbsp. oil, 30g bean sprouts(heads and tails pinched off), 3 tbsp canola oil
【Seasoning】
½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp light soy sauce
【Garnishing Ingredients】
1 stalk spring onion (chopped), 1 sprig coriander leaves (chopped), 1 tbsp chopped red chilli, A few pieces heads of lettuce
【Method】
1. Slightly beaten NutriPlus Telur Kampung Omega-3 Eggs prepared, mixed in vegetarian sharks fin, crab
meat, NutriPlus Chicken Breast Meat shreds and seasoning. Mix well. (pic 1-4)
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick wok until hot. Stir-fry the bean sprout briskly for less than a minute. Dish out and set aside. (pic 5)
3. Heat 1 tbsp canola oil in a nonstick wok. Pour in the combined egg mixture, scramble gently and at the
same time add in remaining canola oil, one tablespoon at a time. (pic 6)
4. Once the egg mixture is almost cooked, put in the bean sprouts, spring onion and red chilli. Stir-fry briskly to combine. (pic 7)
5. Dish out onto fresh lettuce head leaves and garnish with coriander leaves and chilli . Serve immediately. (pic 8)
