巧克力冷冻果仁片Chocolate Refrigerator Slices

【材料】
半甜巧克力225克、牛油250克、苏打饼碎1杯、剁碎干无花果1/2杯、覆盆子干1/3杯、榛果仁1/2杯(烤香去皮剁碎)、杏仁1/2杯(烤香去皮剁碎)糖粉适量撒面(随意)

【做法】
1.把巧克力和牛油隔水煮溶,然后加入其余材料搅拌均匀。
2.把面糊倒入9 X 7寸涂油铺纸的烤盘里,压紧并烫平。
3.以铝箔盖紧后收入冰箱4小时或隔夜后即可脱盘,除去油纸,切薄片后撒上糖粉享用(随意)。

【Ingredients】
225g semi-sweet chocolate(broken into pieces), 250g unsalted butter, 1 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried figs, 1/3 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup blanched hazelnuts(toasted),1/2 cup blanched almonds (toasted and coarsely chopped)
sifted confectioners’ sugar (for dusting, optional)

【Method】
1.Melt the chocolate and butter by double boil and then stir in the remaining ingredients.
2.Spoon the batter into a 9×7 inch shallow baking pan, greased and bottom-lined with parchment paper. Press well into the bottom and sided of the pan and smooth the surface.
3.Cover with aluminium foil and chill for 4 hours or overnight. Loosen the edges of the cookies and turn out onto a board. Peel off the lining paper, cut into thin slices, serve dusted with sifted confectioners’ sugar, if liked.
