巧克力火锅Chocolate Fondue

【材料】
发起鲜奶油300克、牛奶50毫升、黑巧克力200克、无盐牛油38克

【维也纳酥饼材料】
软化牛油156克、糖粉63克、蛋白25克、面粉188克、海盐1小撮、香草豆茎1/2条

【維也納酥餅做法】
1.把牛油、糖粉搅拌均匀。(图1)
2.加入蛋白、盐和面粉,混合成糊。(图2)
3.用钻嘴把材料挤在烤盘上,放入烤炉以170℃烤13分钟即可。(图3)

【做法】
1.把鲜奶油、牛奶及香草豆茎煮滚后,取出香草豆茎,把鲜奶油料趁热倒入巧克力中,搅拌至溶解,确保温度在40℃以下。(图4-5)
2.加入软化牛油拌匀。(图6)
3.沾水果,维也纳酥及棉花软糖吃。(图7-8)

【Ingredients】
300g whipping cream, 50g milk, 200g dark chocolate (chopped), 38g unsalted butter (softened)

【Sable Vienoise】
156g butter (softened), 63g Icing sugar, 25g egg white, 188g flour, 1 pinch sea salt, 1/2 pc vanilla pod

【Method for Sable Vienoise】
1.Cream the butter and icing sugar until well mixed.(pic 1)
2.Add in egg white and salt. Fold in the flour.(pic 2)
3.Using a plain pastry nozzle, pipe onto baking tray.Bake at 170℃ for 13 minutes. (pic 3)

【Method】
1.Boil the cream, milk and vanilla pod. Pour the cream mixture onto the chocolate (discard the vanilla pod).Mix well and make sure mixture is below 40℃. (pic 4-5)
2.Mix in the softened butter.(pic 6)
3.Serve with cut fruits, sable, marshmallow.(pic 7-8)
