布朗尼鸡蛋仔威化饼 Brownie Egg Waffles

【威化饼材料】
A:普面粉40克、粘米粉40克、可可粉30克、发粉1⁄2茶匙、盐1⁄4茶匙
B:食油6汤匙、A蛋2粒(打散)、牛奶1⁄4杯、香草精1茶匙
C:黑巧克力100克,黄糖60克
【顶料】
草莓、奇异果适量、糖粉及额外溶解巧克力各适量
【做法】
1. 隔水把黑巧克力煮溶后加入黄糖。(图1-2)
2. 把材料A和材料B混合成糊,加入溶解的巧克力和糖混合物。(图3-6)
3. 热威化炉,涂少许牛油。把面糊倒入鸡蛋仔模中,加盖,煮2分钟或至威化饼熟透。(图7-8)
4. 重复步骤至面糊用尽。
【吃法】
在布朗尼威化饼上铺草莓奇异果,然后洒上少许糖粉和溶解巧克力,即刻享用。

【Waffles Ingredients】
A:40 g plain flour, 40 g rice flour, 30 g cocoa powder,1⁄2 tsp baking powder, 1⁄4 tsp salt
B:6 tbsps cooking oil, 2 “Grade A” eggs(beaten lightly) , 1⁄4 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence
C:100g dark chocolate, 60 g brown sugar

【Topping】
Strawberries, kiwi, some icing sugar(dusted),
Melted chocolate(optional)

【Method】
1.Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler, off the heat and stir in brown sugar.(pic 1-2)
2.Mixes ingredients A with ingredients B and then stir in chocolate and sugar mixture.(pic 3-6)
3.Heat the waffle maker and grease with some butter. Pour the batter and cover with the lid and cook for about 2 minutes or until waffle is cooked thoroughly. (pic 7-8)
5.Remove and repeat the steps until batter finished.
【To serve】
Place the brownie waffle on a plate, top with kiwi, strawberries and drizzle with some icing sugar and melted chocolate, serve immediately.
