干捞排骨竹笙面STEWED PORK CHOPS NOODLES

【材料】
古龙牌红烧排骨1罐 、竹笙云吞面3只、 菜心100克

【酱汁调味料】
蚝油1汤匙、酱青1汤匙、老抽1汤匙、麻油½茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、水1杯、薯粉水勾芡适量

【做法】
1.先把面放入滚水内煮软,取出过冷河30秒再放回滚水中煮30秒。滴干水后分成3碟。(图1)
2.把酱汁调味料拌匀,倒入小锅内,加入红烧排骨煮沸,勾芡。(图2-5)
3.菜心放入沸水中川烫好,排在面上。(图6)
4.将红烧排骨分成3份然后排在面上。(图7)
5.再把酱汁淋在面上即可趁热食用。

【INGREDIENTS】
1 canned Stewed Pork Chops, 3 wonton noodles, 100g choy sum

【SEASONING】
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, ½ tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 cup water, Starch for thickening

【METHOD】
1.Put noodles into boiling water to cook until soft, remove and rinse with cold water for 30 second and back to boling water for 30 second. Divide into 3 serving plates. (pic 1)
2.Boil sauce ingredients in a sauce pot, pour in the GULONG Brand Stewed Pork Chops and bring to boil, thicken with starch. (pic 2-5)
3.Blanch choy sum in boiling water to cook, remove and put it on noodles. (pic 6)
4.Divide GULONG Brand Stewed Pork Chops into 3 portions and arrange on noodles. (pic 7)
5.Pour sauce ingredients on noodles and serve hot.
